Male or Female?

DO I WANT A MALE OR FEMALE KITTEN?

While all of our babies are very sweet, snuggly, loveable, kissable, and oh-so cute--they all have very different personalities, just like people. Some are very outgoing, some more reserved, while others are a good mix of both. Some kittens love to play; and others play for a bit, but then they like to sit back and watch.

Some people believe the boys are more snuggly, outgoing, and loving.... I find it hard to always agree on this fact. Most of our girls are all of the above. And in raising our kittens I strive to make sure BOTH male & female are equally loving and like to be held. I strongly believe its all in the handling and socializing from a very young age that helps form the personality of these sweet babies.

Some believe that females make better pets, as you don't have to worry about them spraying, and that THEY are more snuggly,loving, and outgoing--but, again, this isn't true. It doesn't matter if you have a male or female, either is liable to spray if home life isn't happy, or the cat is neglected.. Neutered cats usually don't spray unless they are unhappy or have some medical issues. Since our kittens are neutered at a young age, their hormones never kick in and they never learned the spraying behavior.

Our kittens male and female all love to sleep in our beds, and they all snuggle with us. They love to get kisses and nose rubs on their muzzles. Each of them give the sweetest kisses and little meows to let us know how much they love us. I don't think there is ever a moment during the day that there isn't a group of kittens in the same room that I am in.

So should you chose a male or female? My best advice to you(if you can) is to come down and meet them. Have an idea of what personality and characteristics you'd like in your kitten/cat and we will work with that. If there is a certain color or gender you'd like to have, we will try our best to get you that--but don't count the others out until you meet them.
